Pratley Flexiseal is a white acrylic based sealant with excellent
adhesive properties. It is very elastomeric when set. Being acrylic
based it can be washed off with water before it polymerises to allow
easy cleanup of
messy jobs.
It can also be smoothed with a wet finger or putty spatula.
Flexiseal is paintable and mildew resistant.
Suggested uses:
Repair cracks in house walls and paint over
Use as sealant around bath
Use as tile adhesive
Use to attach polystyrene insulation
Seal leaking roof bolts
Seal leaking gutters
Use in concrete expansion joints
Seal window frames and glazing
Seal around electrical wire penetrations
Patch nail holes
